Role specifics and benefits: In this position you will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through evidence-based rehabilitation to restore strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence. Expect hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise programming, gait and balance retraining, neuromuscular reeducation, and patient education that empowers adherence to home exercise programs. You’ll document progress, track outcomes, and contribute to clinical pathways that enhance consistency of care across settings.
