Role specifics and benefits: As an L&D RN, you will monitor labor progression, perform fetal surveillance and intermittent auscultation, assist with labor augmentation, manage analgesia and labor analgesia, support cesarean deliveries and vaginal births, resuscitate and stabilize newborns as needed, administer postpartum medications, facilitate lactation support, and provide comprehensive patient and family education.
