- Responsibilities and growth: As an OR RN, you’ll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and circulating staff to prepare the sterile field, assist with instrument handling, and ensure accurate counts and sterile technique. You’ll monitor patient status throughout the perioperative period, manage equipment, support anesthesia care, and provide critical handoffs to PACU.
