As a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, you’ll perform essential duties that keep residents safe, comfortable, and engaged. You will administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitor vital signs, assess changes in health status, and respond promptly to acute needs. You’ll provide wound care, assist with activities of daily living, and support rehabilitation goals in collaboration with RNs and therapists.
