Berlin sits just outside Montpelier, offering a welcoming small-town atmosphere with easy access to outdoor adventures, seasonal activities, and cultural experiences. You’ll be within reach of hiking trails, ski slopes, scenic byways, and vibrant farm-to-table dining, all while contributing to a community that values compassionate elder care. Vermont’s beauty is not just scenery—it’s a reminder of the impact you can have in a setting that supports reflection, balance, and longevity in your career. You will administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitor vital signs, assess changes in health status, and respond promptly to acute needs. You’ll provide wound care, assist with activities of daily living, and support rehabilitation goals in collaboration with RNs and therapists. Documentation will be precise and timely, preserving continuity of care across shifts. You’ll help with meal support, mobility assistance, and fall prevention, while educating residents and families about health maintenance and advance care planning. You’ll also mentor nursing assistants, model best practices in infection control and safety, and participate in care planning to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes. This role offers meaningful professional growth within geriatric and long-term care specialties, with opportunities to deepen expertise in dementia care, palliative approaches, and complex medication management as you expand your scope and leadership capabilities over time.

We design an attractive package to reflect the importance of your work. Expect competitive compensation, including a weekly pay range of $1,545 to $1,607, with opportunities for a sign-on bonus and housing assistance to ease transition and relocation. In addition to sustained pay, you’ll explore extension opportunities that align with your goals and performance, giving you the chance to continue making a difference while building job security and continuity for residents who rely on your steady presence.
