Embark on a meaningful journey as a Registered Nurse - Home Health in Colorado, with a focus on Denver and its welcoming surrounding communities. This travel opportunity invites you to deliver expert, compassionate care in patients' homes, guiding individuals toward healthier days and greater independence. Imagine partnering with families to implement tailored plans of care, teaching medication management, wound care, and safety strategies that empower patients to stay home rather than be hospitalized. In Colorado, your professional impact will unfold in a setting of natural beauty and dynamic urban life—from the foothills and sunny days to the cultural richness of Denver. This role is designed to fuse clinical excellence with personal growth, offering steady hours, competitive compensation, and a supportive network committed to helping you thrive as a home-health specialist. You will see the difference your nursing judgment makes in real time, helping patients manage chronic conditions, recover from surgery, and maintain comfort in the comfort of their own homes. This is more than a job—it's a platform for you to lead high-quality, patient-centered care within a trusted travel team.
Denver and Colorado offer a compelling backdrop for a travel RN. The city blends outdoor access with a thriving arts scene, sports culture, and culinary adventures, while the mountains promise weekend escapes and opportunities to recharge after rewarding visits. As you work in Colorado and beyond, you’ll experience diverse patient populations, variations in home-care delivery, and the chance to grow through exposure to different healthcare settings. The program also provides the flexibility to extend assignments or explore additional locations across the United States, all while staying anchored by your guaranteed 40 hours per week and predictable pay. In this travel role, your schedule is designed to balance professional purpose with personal exploration, supporting a life of both service and discovery.
Core responsibilities center on thorough in-home assessments, care planning, and ongoing evaluation of patient outcomes. You’ll administer medications per protocol, manage IV therapies where appropriate, monitor vitals, manage wounds, and perform essential skills with precision. Education and coaching for patients and family members will be a daily priority, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and safety at home. You’ll coordinate with physicians, case managers, and community resources to keep care coordinated across the continuum, document meticulously in electronic health records, and escalate concerns promptly. This role offers a clear path to professional growth in the home-health specialty, with opportunities to pursue certifications, participate in clinical learning events, and assume expanded responsibilities as you gain experience. In addition to a robust clinical framework, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes a competitive weekly pay range of 2,268 to 2,381, reflecting your location and assignments, plus a sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and the potential for contract extensions. You’ll benefit from reliable 24/7 support while traveling with the company, ensuring you’re never alone when questions arise or urgent situations occur. The commitment to safe, high-quality care is matched by a culture that respects your time, values your expertise, and supports your professional journey.
Our company holds a steadfast belief in empowering nurses to advance their careers in a collaborative, supportive environment. From onboarding and continuous education to mentorship and leadership paths, we invest in your growth as a practitioner and as a professional. By choosing this opportunity, you join a culture that celebrates your contributions and provides the tools you need to excel—whether you’re fresh from orientation or bringing years of expertise to complex home-care scenarios. We’re committed to helping you build expertise, confidence, and a lasting impact on the communities you serve.
