Role specifics and benefits: As a Surgical Tech, you’ll prepare the operating room and instruments, maintain sterile technique, hand instruments to surgeons, perform counts, and assist with positioning and setup. You’ll support perioperative teams through case preparation, turnover, and instrument logistics, contributing to efficiency and patient safety. This program emphasizes growth: you’ll receive ongoing training, expand your expertise across specialties, and pursue extension opportunities to deepen your experience with preferred teams. Compensation is competitive, with weekly pay between $1,449 and $1,509, plus a bonus, housing assistance, and the potential for extended assignments.
