You’ll document meticulously, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a multidisciplinary plan that emphasizes safety, evidence-based practice, and exceptional bedside care. The role offers meaningful professional growth within obstetric nursing—opportunities to expand into perinatal education, charge responsibilities, or specialty certifications, with mentorship and structured learning paths along the way. The package features a competitive weekly gross range of $2,917 to $3,170, with potential sign-on bonuses and housing assistance to make transitions smooth.
