Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Core responsibilities: As an LTC RN, you’ll perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage care plans, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and advocate for residents’ goals of care.
