Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Core responsibilities: As an LTC RN, you’ll perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage care plans, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and advocate for residents’ goals of care. You’ll lead timely, accurate documentation, anticipate potential complications, implement fall-prevention strategies, support wound and skin care, oversee catheter and device management, and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
