- Key responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician, including medication administration per scope of practice, monitoring vitals, taking and documenting assessments, assisting with activities of daily living, wound care and skin integrity, catheter or ostomy care as trained, mobility assistance, fall prevention, infection control, and timely reporting of changes in condition.
