Role specifics and benefits:
As a Speech Language Pathologist in this travel-focused position, you’ll lead comprehensive assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver therapy across pediatric, school-age, and adult cases as assigned. Your responsibilities include evaluating speech, language, voice, fluency, feeding, and cognitive communication needs; designing individualized interventions; documenting progress and adjusting plans in collaboration with families and other professionals; providing caregiver coaching and strategies for home carryover; and ensuring compliance with licensure, clinical guidelines, and documentation standards. The role emphasizes ongoing professional growth within the specialty, with opportunities to specialize in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), pediatric articulation, pediatric language disorders, or adult neurogenic communication. You’ll gain exposure to diverse clinical settings, from clinics to school-based programs, with potential telepractice components to broaden your reach.

Benefits to support your success include a competitive compensation package with a weekly pay range of $2,312-$2,433, a welcome or sign-on bonus, and housing assistance to ease relocation expenses. Extension opportunities are available, enabling you to continue building therapeutic relationships and expanding your expertise beyond the initial assignment.
