In this Med Surg Tele RN role, you’ll provide comprehensive inpatient care for adult medical-surgical patients whose conditions require close monitoring and rapid response. Key responsibilities include patient assessment, telemetry monitoring, interpretation of rhythm strips, administration of medications and IV therapy, wound and ostomy care when applicable, complex care coordination, and timely escalation when clinical changes occur. You’ll partner with physicians, case managers, pharmacists, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and facilitate safe, efficient transitions to next levels of care. This position supports ongoing professional growth: advance your telemetry proficiency, pursue specialty certifications, participate in evidence‑based initiatives, and assume enhanced responsibilities as you demonstrate clinical leadership and autonomy. The role also acknowledges your time and expertise with structured onboarding, continuing education resources, and access to mentorship from seasoned clinicians who share best practices in telemetric monitoring, acute care protocols, and patient safety initiatives.
Competitive benefits are a cornerstone of this assignment. In addition to a weekly pay range of $2,168 to $2,384, you’ll receive a range of incentives designed to recognize your commitment and expertise. A sign‑on or performance bonus may be available, along with housing assistance to ease relocation logistics and a housing stipend where applicable. You’ll have extension opportunities that reward consistency, reliability, and professional contribution, providing a pathway to longer assignments or additional rotations if you choose. The program emphasizes comprehensive support, including 24/7 assistance from our dedicated travel team, enabling you to navigate shifts, itinerary changes, and on‑the‑road contingencies with confidence.
