Role specifics and benefits include a comprehensive set of responsibilities and opportunities for professional advancement. As a Registered Nurse in LTC, you will:
- Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments of residents, identify changes in condition, and respond promptly with evidence-based interventions.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, social work, and family members to support functional goals and comfort needs.

- Lead care coordination activities, including family communication, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary rounds to ensure cohesive and proactive care.
- Mentor and guide nursing assistants and other team members, fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, infection control, and quality metrics, while maintaining documentation accuracy and audit readiness.

In addition to fulfilling these responsibilities, you’ll enjoy robust benefits designed to support you and extend your reach:
- Competitive weekly pay of 1,830 to 1,944 dollars, with guaranteed 40 hours per week, across the assignment’s duration.
- A sign-on bonus and/or completion-based bonuses that recognize your commitment and performance.
- Housing assistance to ease relocation or temporary housing needs during the assignment, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence.
- Extension opportunities to continue your growth within LTC after the initial contract, enabling a smooth pathway to more complex roles or leadership responsibilities.
- 24/7 support from the travel program while you’re on assignment, ensuring you have reliable help with housing, logistics, credentialing, and any on-site needs.
- Comprehensive travel and clinical support, from onboarding to ongoing supervision and access to education resources, to help you build depth in geriatric care and facility operations.
