As an RN on a Med Surg Tele unit, you will deliver comprehensive bedside care to adult patients with a spectrum of medical conditions, chronic illnesses, and post-surgical needs. You’ll perform accurate assessments, monitor telemetry, administer medications, manage IV therapies, and respond rapidly to clinical changes. You’ll coordinate with physicians, case managers, pharmacists, and family members to develop and implement individualized care plans. You’ll educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, discharge expectations, and safety practices. The role offers continuous learning—evolving telemetry skills, EHR proficiency, care coordination, and opportunities to pursue specialty certifications within the Med Surg Tele discipline. Our travel program provides competitive compensation, including a weekly pay range of $2,004-$2,158, and guaranteed hours of 36 per week, with the chance to extend beyond the initial assignment.
