As a Med Surg RN, you will triage, monitor, and manage post-operative and medical patients, perform accurate assessments, administer medications, manage IV therapies, implement care plans, and provide education to patients and families about illness, medications, and discharge needs. You’ll collaborate with physicians, case managers, therapists, and ancillary staff to coordinate timely discharges and optimize patient outcomes.
