You’ll document care accurately, communicate changes to the broader care team, and partner with families to explain care decisions and expectations. You’ll support mobility and daily living activities, implement safety protocols to prevent falls, manage wound care when needed, and keep meticulous records that guide ongoing decision-making. The position offers pathways for professional growth through specialty training in geriatrics, dementia care, pain management, and restorative nursing techniques, along with mentoring opportunities to help you advance toward leadership roles or further clinical certifications.

This opportunity comes with competitive benefits designed to recognize your expertise and commitment. In addition to competitive compensation, you may be eligible for a welcome bonus, a housing assistance program, and potential extension opportunities that allow you to deepen your impact within the same setting or across available facilities. The package is complemented by a comprehensive support system, including 24/7 assistance while you travel with the company, ensuring you have reliable guidance, resources, and crisis support whenever needed. Importantly, the schedule may vary and there are no guaranteed hours, offering flexibility to align with your preferences while meeting the needs of residents and facilities.
