Weekly pay ranges from $2,048 to $2,173, reflecting competitive compensation for expert Telemetry care. There are no guaranteed hours; you’ll work in a dynamic grid designed to match patient demand with your availability, ensuring you’re compensated for the time you dedicate while offering meaningful project variety and continuity where possible.
Role Specifics and Benefits
- Core responsibilities: Monitor patient status through telemetry data; recognize rhythm changes, ischemic events, and other critical alarms; respond promptly within established protocols; perform bedside assessments as needed; administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document care accurately in the electronic health record; coordinate with physicians, case managers, and families; educate patients and families about device systems, activity allowances, and self-care post-discharge; and contribute to discharge planning and transition of care.
