You’ll manage critical lines, monitors, and equipment, document meticulously, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. You’ll have the chance to participate in professional growth initiatives, such as cross-training in newer interventional techniques, pursuing specialty certifications, and taking on leadership or mentorship opportunities as you expand your scope of practice. Your role will emphasize patient advocacy, clear communication with patients and families, and collaboration with case managers and radiology teams to optimize throughput and outcomes.
