As a LPN in Long-Term Care, your role will center on practical, hands-on nursing that keeps residents safe, comfortable, and engaged. You’ll perform professional nursing tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and collaborating physicians, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments according to policy, and providing wound care as needed.
