As a Physical Therapist on assignment, you will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver targeted interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include gait and locomotion training, manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, pain modulation strategies, edema management when indicated, assistive device training, and targeted balance retraining. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care, document progress in electronic health records, and communicate clearly with patients and families about goals and expectations.
