Role specifics and benefits are designed to support your success from day one. As a Med Surg RN on travel assignment, you’ll:
- Provide comprehensive medical-surgical patient care, including assessment, monitoring, IV management, medication administration, wound care, and post-operative recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff to coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and education for patients and families.
- Utilize telemetry and escalating symptoms recognition to ensure timely interventions and maintain patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record, ensuring continuity of care across shifts and transitions.
