- Provide direct patient care to residents in long-term care settings, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications as allowed by scope of practice, performing routine assessments, and delivering essential nursing interventions.
- Support activities of daily living, mobility, fall prevention, wound care, diabetic care, and symptom management; assist with transfers, positioning, and comfort measures to enhance safety and quality of life.
