- Core responsibilities: perform routine and stat laboratory testing across assigned disciplines, accession and label specimens, maintain strict specimen integrity, operate and troubleshoot analyzers, execute quality control procedures, document results in the LIMS, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You’ll communicate critical findings promptly to care teams and participate in proficiency testing, while supporting accurate handoffs and continuity of care.
