Maintain instrument integrity, monitor sterilization indicators, document processing logs, and uphold strict infection control standards aligned with AAMI and JCAHO guidelines. Demonstrate accuracy in instrument counts, instrument reprocessing, and inventory management while contributing to quality assurance initiatives and ongoing process improvements. Collaborate with perioperative teams to anticipate instrument needs, support OR readiness, and help minimize turnaround times without compromising safety.
