In this position, you will perform high-complexity testing, verify results, review quality control data, troubleshoot instrumentation, and ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and OSHA standards. You’ll communicate with pathologists, clinicians, and nursing staff to deliver accurate, timely reports that impact patient decisions and outcomes. Responsibilities include specimen processing, instrument maintenance, method validation, data entry, and participation in proficiency testing and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
