Aspen is more than a destination—it’s a way of living. Here you’ll find pristine mountain air, breathtaking landscapes, and a town that blends outdoor adventure with refined dining and arts. Easy access to world‑class skiing, hiking, and trails sits alongside a welcoming atmosphere for travelers, making it an inspiring backdrop for your professional journey. The broader Colorado landscape offers additional opportunities to experience diverse patient populations and hospital environments if you choose to explore other locations across the U.S., broadening your clinical perspective while you expand your network and lifelong skills.

As a Labor and Delivery RN on this assignment, you’ll lead and collaborate in high‑stakes obstetric care. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive patient assessments, continuous fetal monitoring, labor progression evaluation, administration of analgesia and anesthesia support in collaboration with the anesthesia team, and efficient coordination during emergencies. You’ll assist with inductions and augmentations, facilitate cesarean deliveries when needed, and ensure meticulous sterile technique and infection control. Postpartum care will be central to your role—providing lactation support, patient education, newborn assessments, and transitions to home or extended care. Documentation and care planning will reflect family‑centered care principles, culturally competent communication, and evidence‑based best practices. You’ll have opportunities to expand your scope through cross‑training in related units, pursue specialty certifications, and participate in ongoing simulation and professional development programs. The assignment also emphasizes a strong support network: 24/7 assistance from a dedicated travel team, access to clinical mentors, and a robust system to address any urgent needs during travel.

Compensation and benefits are designed to recognize your expertise and dedication. The weekly pay range is $3,149 to $3,442, reflecting your experience and the demands of obstetric care in a high‑performing department. In addition to competitive pay, you’ll have access to a sign‑on or retention bonus where applicable, housing assistance or provided accommodations, and the possibility of contract extensions to continue your impact with minimal disruption to your patients and your professional trajectory. The program emphasizes flexibility, offering a range of assignment lengths to suit your goals, while keeping your clinical momentum strong through reliable scheduling and predictable continuity of care for your patients. It’s a thoughtful balance of stability and the excitement of working in varied settings across the U.S. while retaining the patient‑centered focus that defines exceptional L&D nursing.

The company behind this opportunity is committed to empowering its staff with clear pathways for career advancement and a supportive, inclusive work environment.
