As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you’ll implement and progress treatment plans under supervision, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, gait training, balance work, and functional mobility tasks tailored to each diagnosis. You’ll assist with modalities, assess progress, document outcomes, and collaborate closely with the supervising PT and a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
