As an RN in Med Surg Tele, you’ll deliver comprehensive medical-surgical care with a telemetry emphasis. Your responsibilities will include performing thorough patient assessments, monitoring cardiac rhythms, and detecting subtle changes in condition to initiate timely interventions. You’ll administer medications, manage IV therapies, assist with wound care and post-operative recovery, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize discharge planning.
