Role Specifics and Benefits: As an OR Tech, you will assist with pre-op setup, instrument count and sterilization, tray preparation, and immediate post-op turnover, ensuring all equipment is ready for the next procedure. You’ll monitor sterile fields, anticipate needs of the surgical team, manage specimens, and help with room logistics that keep cases on schedule. You’ll have opportunities for professional growth through specialty rotations, continuing education credits, and exposure to a broad range of surgical subspecialties, from general surgery to orthopedics and beyond. This role includes competitive compensation of weekly pay in the range of $2,181 to $2,331, with a sign-on style bonus and potential extension opportunities.
