- Core responsibilities: provide comprehensive OB/GYN nursing support, assist obstetricians and gynecologists with prenatal care, triage OB patients, support labor and delivery as needed, monitor fetal status and vital signs, conduct postpartum assessments, support lactation education, deliver patient education on contraception and gynecologic health, document accurately, coordinate care transitions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes for moms and babies.
