As an OR RN, your responsibilities encompass preoperative assessment, circulating and scrub duties, instrument handling, maintaining sterile technique, counting sponges and instruments, and ensuring patient safety throughout induction, incision, and closure. You’ll collaborate with anesthesia teams, position patients, monitor hemodynamics, and troubleshoot equipment to support efficient case flow.
