You’ll interpret and document results in the laboratory information system, communicate critical findings to clinicians when appropriate, and collaborate with pathologists, technologists, and nurses to ensure prompt, precise reporting. The position supports ongoing professional growth through structured training, cross-training opportunities, and pathways to advanced credentials. You’ll have the chance to broaden your skill set in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and transfusion medicine, which will strengthen your resume for future leadership roles within laboratory science.
