Maintain accurate instrument tracking and sterilization logs; ensure sterility indicators are documented. Operate sterilizers, washers, sterilization packaging, and automation equipment; prepare sterile supply carts and case carts to ensure timely availability for OR teams. Adhere to infection control, hand hygiene, PPE, and waste management protocols.
