In this Med Surg RN role, your day-to-day responsibilities will center on high-quality inpatient care for adults with medical and post-surgical needs. You’ll perform comprehensive assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications and IV therapies, manage wound care, and assist with a broad range of procedures. You’ll lead patient-centered care planning, collaborate closely with physicians, residents, PT/OT teams, social workers, and case managers, and contribute to timely discharge planning and education for patients and families.
