Role Specifics and Benefits: As an ER RN on this assignment, you’ll lead triage assessments, stabilize shock and trauma patients, manage airways and dosing under physician direction, monitor cardiac rhythms, initiate IV therapy, administer antibiotics, analgesics, and critical medications, and document care plans with precision. You will partner with transport teams, pharmacists, and case managers to ensure timely, efficient patient throughput and safe discharges. This role emphasizes professional growth in acuity, crisis communication, and rapid decision-making, with avenues to pursue certifications in critical care, trauma nursing, or emergency nurse leadership. The package features a competitive compensation structure with weekly pay in the range of $2,141 to $2,283, and guaranteed hours of 36 per week.
