- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of articulation, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across pediatric and adult populations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based approaches and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems when needed.
- Deliver direct therapy, monitor progress, adjust interventions, document outcomes in the electronic medical record, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds.
- Provide caregiver and educator training, discharge planning, and advocacy to empower patients and families to sustain gains at home and in the community.
- Engage in quality improvement and stay current with clinical best practices through ongoing learning and collaboration.
