In this vibrant Berkshire County setting, you’ll partner with families and care teams to unlock communication, feeding, and cognitive milestones, fueling meaningful change that resonates beyond the therapy room. Location benefits extend beyond the clinic door. Pittsfield offers a close-knit community with access to high-caliber healthcare networks, schools, and programming that support a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to care. The region’s excellent outdoor opportunities—hiking, cycling, seasonal الطبي activities—and a rich tapestry of local culture create a remarkably livable backdrop for clinicians who value quality of life alongside professional fulfillment. And if you’re drawn to broader horizons, we support assignments across the United States, presenting opportunities to experience diverse patient populations, settings, and clinical challenges. Your responsibilities will include evaluating articulation, language, voice, fluency, feeding and swallowing, and cognitive-communication skills; designing and implementing evidence-based therapy interventions; tracking progress with rigorous documentation; guiding families and caregivers through coaching and support strategies; and coordinating with interprofessional teams to ensure continuity of care. You’ll have the chance to grow within your specialty through mentorship, ongoing education, and opportunities to pursue additional certifications or advanced caseloads. The role offers a robust, fast-paced environment that values thoughtful assessment, creative problem-solving, and patient-centered outcomes.
