Core responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, designing evidence-based treatment plans, and delivering therapy for pediatric and adult clients, including articulation, language processing, voice and fluency, social communication, and feeding/swallowing skills. You’ll monitor progress with standardized measures, document thoroughly, and collaborate with families, educators, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. The role supports professional growth in your specialty through mentorship, continuing education stipends, and opportunities to expand into augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies, dysphagia management, or cognitive-communication rehab.
