Role specifics and benefits: In the ER, you’ll triage and rapidly assess patients, stabilize acutely ill individuals, administer medications and IV therapies, perform bedside procedures, and coordinate with physicians and the broader care team to determine disposition. You’ll monitor vital signs, interpret ECGs, manage traumatic injuries, perform wound care, and participate in critical code responses.
