Role specifics and benefits: In this capacity you’ll lead and execute decontamination, inspection, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments and implantable devices. You’ll assemble and package instrument trays, prepare case carts, verify sterility indicators, and maintain meticulous traceability records in accordance with AAMI, OSHA, and hospital protocols. You’ll manage inventory, monitor sterilization cycles, and ensure rapid instrument turnaround to support OR teams. You’ll participate in ongoing quality improvement efforts, safety trainings, and competency assessments, with a clear path for professional growth within the sterile processing discipline. The position offers a competitive compensation package: a weekly pay range of $1,109 to $1,167, with guaranteed 40 hours per week, and potential bonuses, housing assistance, and extension opportunities.
