Role Specifics and Benefits: As a CVICU Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care to adults recovering from complex cardiac procedures, including post-op monitoring, hemodynamic management, and rapid response to evolving clinical situations. Your responsibilities will encompass arterial and central venous access, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator support, vasoactive medication administration, chest tube management, and coordination with surgeons, perfusionists, anesthesiologists, respiratory therapists, and nursing teams to ensure seamless, evidence-based care.
