As a Med Surg RN, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage IV therapies, and respond to clinical changes with swift, evidence-based interventions. You’ll collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, develop and adjust care plans, chart accurately, and provide patient and family education to promote safety and recovery.
