- Role responsibilities: as an OR nurse, you will perform scrub and circulating duties, assist during diverse surgical procedures, maintain sterile technique and infection control standards, perform proper patient positioning and safety checks, support anesthesia with perioperative monitoring, manage instrumentation and implants, ensure accurate documentation and instrumentation counts, and communicate clearly with surgeons, clinicians, and support teams to optimize patient outcomes.
