In this Long-Term Care role, you’ll deliver essential nursing care and support to residents with complex needs. Key responsibilities include administering medications under licensed supervision, monitoring vital signs, assessing changes in condition, and documenting care plans with accuracy and compassion. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, support mobility and rehabilitation goals, manage wound care and device monitoring as appropriate, and collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, therapists, and families to ensure continuity of care.
