Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Core responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, monitoring of acute and post-surgical conditions, IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, and collaboration on care plans with physicians, case managers, and ancillary teams. You’ll coordinate admissions, optimize pain control, support telemetry when applicable, and facilitate safe discharges with patient and family education.
