Collaboration is central: you’ll partner with physicians, educators, occupational therapists, and families to set realistic milestones and to advocate for strategies that support carryover in daily life. You’ll document progress, communicate with families, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds to ensure continuity of care and a holistic approach to each patient’s journey.
