Your primary responsibilities include assessing residents’ conditions, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications per physician orders and care plans. You will perform wound care, manage injections and IVs where permitted, assist with activities of daily living, and provide compassionate support with feeding, mobility, and daily routines. You’ll document changes accurately, communicate with interdisciplinary team members, and contribute to individualized care plans aimed at enhancing comfort, safety, and quality of life. The weekly pay ranges from $1,883 to $2,015, with guaranteed hours of 40.0 per week, supporting a stable and predictable work-life rhythm.
