This travel-focused opportunity empowers you to lead compassionate, patient-centered care for residents, coordinate complex plans, and elevate everyday living with dignity and respect. Imagine the trust you’ll build with residents and families, the hands-on impact you’ll make, and the professional growth you’ll experience as you deliver evidence-based nursing in a setting that values geriatrics, collaboration, and continuous learning. This assignment is designed for a flexible duration of several weeks, starting on 12/26/2025, with the chance to extend based on facility needs and mutual fit. While rooted in Wisconsin, this program also offers opportunities to work in various locations across the U.S., broadening your horizons while keeping your clinical edge sharp and aligned with your career goals.
New Lisbon and the surrounding Wisconsin landscape offer more than a place to work—they provide a quality of life that refreshes and inspires. New Lisbon sits amid rolling farmland, sparkling lakes, and cedar forests, presenting a serene, small-town atmosphere with safe neighborhoods and friendly faces. Off days invite outdoor adventures—fishing and boating on nearby waters, hiking through forested trails, and scenic drives that showcase Wisconsin’s natural beauty. The state itself welcomes you with diverse communities, a robust healthcare network, and a culture that honors aging with dignity and respect. And because our travel program spans multiple states, you’ll have the opportunity to experience a range of care settings, broaden your professional network, and bring fresh perspectives back to your practice.
In this LTC RN role, you’ll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to residents, performing assessments, developing and updating individualized care plans, administering medications, providing wound care, assisting with mobility and daily activities, and closely monitoring clinical status to prevent complications. You’ll collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families to ensure smooth transitions, accurate documentation, and superior outcomes. The opportunity emphasizes ongoing professional growth within geriatrics, including continued education, skill expansion in evidence-based practices, and leadership possibilities as you gain experience. Competitive benefits accompany this assignment, including a bonus, robust housing assistance, and opportunities to extend your contract if you and the facility are aligned. We also provide substantial support to ease the travel experience—from pre-arrival orientation and credentialing assistance to a dedicated recruiter who remains available 24/7 during your travels. The role includes weekly pay in the range of $1,757–$1,831, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week, while final compensation and schedules will be confirmed during the hiring process.
