Role specifics and growth opportunities are at the core of this position. As a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, you’ll provide essential nursing care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse and the medical team. Your responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, assisting with activities of daily living, implementing and updating care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, resident-focused care. You’ll play a pivotal role in fall prevention, wound care, infection control, pain management, and palliative support, all while documenting observations accurately and communicating changes promptly to the care team. This role is designed for professional growth: you’ll have the chance to deepen your expertise in geriatric assessment, memory care, chronic disease management, and rehabilitation support. With ongoing training opportunities, you can pursue specialty certifications, expand your scope of practice, and step into leadership roles such as charge nurse or preceptor to guide newfound talent and ensure high standards of care. The assignment is designed with a clear path for extension, allowing you to extend your impact and build lasting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Competitive benefits are a hallmark of this opportunity. You’ll enjoy weekly pay ranging from $1,335 to $1,433, reflecting your experience and the demand for high-quality long-term care nursing. In addition to competitive compensation, you may be eligible for a variety of bonuses and incentives that recognize your dedication and reliability. Housing assistance is available to ease transition, whether you’re relocating to Geneva or joining us from another location. There are extension opportunities built into the program, so your commitment to excellence can translate into longer, meaningful engagements with supportive teams. While you’re traveling with the company, you’ll have access to comprehensive support designed to keep you confident and secure—and that includes 24/7 assistance from a dedicated support network, ready to help with any scheduling, clinical, or logistical needs that arise on the road.

Our company values are grounded in empowerment, respect, and collaboration. We are committed to supporting your career advancement and creating a work culture that champions your professional voice.
