In this Med Surg Tele RN role, you’ll deliver comprehensive, telemetry‑driven medical–surgical care to adult patients with a spectrum of conditions. You’ll participate in care planning, discharge education, and coordination with ancillary teams to optimize throughput and safety. You’ll have opportunities to deepen proficiency in telemetry interpretation, hemodynamic monitoring, post‑op recovery pathways, and complex chronic disease management. Growth means expanding leadership skills through rotating preceptorship for new hires, participating in unit quality improvement projects, and integrating evidence‑based protocols that advance patient outcomes. You’ll also gain exposure to diverse patient populations, enabling you to tailor communication, cultural sensitivity, and family engagement strategies to individual needs.

From a benefits perspective, this travel opportunity is designed to be competitive, supportive, and transparent. You’ll receive a weekly compensation range of $2,411 to $2,521, with the flexibility that comes with contract‑based assignments. A sign‑on bonus, when offered, recognizes your specialized Med Surg Tele expertise and your willingness to bring your talents to varied clinical settings. In addition, you’ll benefit from dependable, 24/7 support while traveling with the company, ensuring you always have access to guidance, resources, and a responsive help desk as you navigate new facilities, policies, and workflows. The structure is designed to reduce common travel stressors and maximize your focus on patient care and career advancement.
