This opportunity invites you to shape outcomes at the forefront of surgical care while experiencing the rich culture, warm hospitality, and vibrant landscape of the Peach State. Georgia’s appeal goes beyond its parks and skylines—picturesque mountain foothills to the north, the historic streets and coastal breezes of Savannah and Tybee Island, and the modern, thriving city life of Atlanta. Imagine mornings spent in state-of-the-art rooms, afternoons exploring diverse neighborhoods, and weekends discovering the region’s natural beauty—from the Blue Ridge Mountains to serene waterfronts—making every assignment an enriching balance of professional purpose and personal inspiration.

Location Benefits: Working in Atlanta places you at the intersection of excellence and opportunity. You’ll contribute to high-acuity procedures in a city with renowned medical centers, offering exposure to a wide range of surgical disciplines and patient demographics. The state’s geographic diversity means you can enjoy the perks of urban sophistication and then unwind in nature’s playgrounds nearby. You’ll thrive in an environment that values ongoing learning, teamwork, and the camaraderie that comes from serving patients during pivotal moments in their lives.

Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Responsibilities and growth: As the OR Registered Nurse, you’ll function as a vital member of the surgical team, circulating and/or scrub nursing to ensure sterile technique, instrument integrity, and patient safety from pre-op through post-anesthesia care. Your duties include preparing the operating room, coordinating instrumentation, counting and tracking implants and devices, assisting surgeons and anesthesiologists, monitoring patient status, and delivering meticulous documentation. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining aseptic fields, managing room turnover, and communicating effectively with surgeons, technologists, and support staff. The position offers a clear pathway for professional growth within perioperative nursing—whether refining scrub skills, expanding into specialty teams such as cardiac, trauma, or orthopedics, or pursuing further credentials to enhance leadership and clinical impact.
- Benefits that reinforce commitment: This assignment features competitive weekly pay in the stated range, reflecting your expertise and the critical nature of perioperative care. In addition to compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus program that recognizes performance and contributions to patient outcomes. Housing assistance is provided to ease transition and relocation, and there are extension opportunities for continued placement beyond the initial term, depending on current needs and performance. The role also includes guaranteed hours, ensuring you maintain a reliable schedule while delivering exceptional patient care.
- Comprehensive support: Traveling with the company comes with 24/7 support, so you’re never alone on the road. From onboarding to ongoing nursing resources, a dedicated team is available to assist you with credentialing, shift coordination, and any on-site needs, ensuring you can focus on delivering high-quality perioperative care.
